Job description
Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated plasterer to work within the void investment team in Redcar, carrying out all plastering works required prior to new kitchen installs, bathroom installs, making good after property rewires including damp proofing works with experience in this field using tanking methods and a good all round knowledge of damp and mould and general repair works.

As part of this role, you may need to mentor an apprentice, volunteer or work experience placement. We are looking for a highly self motivated person who works well both on their own initiative and as part of a team with the right skills and attitude. We would preferably be looking for someone who is multi skilled or competent in carrying out different trade works.

Role location and team

This position is to work as part of the Redcar voids team working in all areas where required within Redcar and Cleveland, working alongside other trades and team members which is dedicated to turning properties around ready for a new customer to move into a new home.
