Plant Manager

We are currently partnered with a world leader in the Process Industry to help them find a Plant Manager for their manufacturing site in Leicestershire County. They operate across multiple sectors with a strong emphasis on sustainability. This site is undergoing an exciting transformation, and they are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead this key location, driving daily operations and optimizing performance for the future.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a manufacturing site in the process industry and have led change in a complex environment. The candidate should be a leader capable of fostering collaboration, implementing continuous improvement processes, and making agile decisions aligned with organizational priorities while maintaining high performance levels. The ability to balance day-to-day operations with strategic planning is essential.

Essential Experience:

• Proven experience as a Plant Manager or Production Manager on a manufacturing site
• Ability to drive performance across functions
• Experience in driving change while maintaining employee engagement
• Experience in continuous improvement (preferred)
• Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Fluent in English
