Planning Associate/Senior Associate Solicitor - 6+ years PQE

A leading Legal 150 law firm in Southampton has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Planning Solicitor looking for a role with a path to becoming a Partner and join its Chambers-ranked team.

This role offers the chance to work with a variety of clients, including private individuals, landowners, housebuilders, banks and housing associations on both contentious and non-contentious planning and environment matters.

With an ambitious growth strategy and a strong management team, the firm provides the support and training needed to advance your career. You will assist experienced solicitors on a broad range of high-quality planning work (both contentious and non-contentious), including planning applications and appeals, regeneration projects and Section 106 agreements. Additionally, you'll be a mentor to junior lawyers in the planning team.

The firm offers hybrid working arrangements, allowing you to split your time between the Southampton office and working remotely.

Key responsibilities in this role include:
