Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate legal agreements, including section 106 and 38 agreements.
• Able to handle high caseload in Planning and Highway from start to completion.
• Deliver training and contribute to continuous legal service improvement.
• Represent the Council in appeals, judicial reviews and statutory challenges.
