Job description

Wild Nutrition does supplements differently. Unlike 95% of the supplement market, Food-Grown ingredients are as close to their original food form as possible. Better recognised, better absorbed, better retained.

As a Planning Account Manager, you will be the central point of contact for our Contract Manufacturers (CMs). You will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of production orders, ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly and efficiently. This role is crucial for maintaining strong relationships with our manufacturing partners and ensuring timely delivery of our products.

At Wild Nutrition, we offer more than just a job. We provide a rewarding and meaningful career in a supportive environment that values collaboration, innovation, and wellbeing. Your work will help shape our future and contribute directly to our mission of empowering women's health through pioneering, science-backed supplements.

What you'll be doing:

Order and Production Management:

  • Take purchase orders (POs) from the Supply Chain Analyst and place them with the appropriate Contract Manufacturers
  • Raise and manage Kit Builds with CMs, ensuring all components are accounted for and timelines are met
  • Proactively monitor and track production schedules to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders, whilst being the source of truth on the production plan

Relationship and Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Contract Manufacturers, fostering strong, collaborative relationships
  • Conduct weekly review meetings with CMs to discuss performance, address any issues, and plan for future needs
  • Escalate any production issues internally so that stock can be ring fenced for key customers
  • Liaise with our internal Purchasing Administrator to arrange and coordinate transport for all finished goods
  • Work closely with the Stock Control team to support and assist in monthly CM audits

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to review demand to highlight any changes that create a stock supply risk
  • Work closely with the internal team to plan production schedules effectively
  • Identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain process to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supply chain, procurement, or planning role, preferably within the FMCG or food supplement industry
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining professional relationships
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and Google Suite (especially Google Sheets)
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset

Benefits

  • Time given every year to volunteer with a local charity of your choice
  • All the latest tech you need
  • Flexible hybrid working model
  • Summer Fridays
  • Generous Pension plan
  • Private health insurance
  • Enhanced Leave package with added years of service extras
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Team discount on all Wild Nutrition supplements and personalised consultations
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Enhanced parental leave policies
  • Be part of a passionate, friendly and transparent culture

A value-grown culture:

Our WILD values serve as the compass guiding our attitudes and behaviours:

Wellbeing: we obsess over the health of our customers, people and planet.

Intelligence: we listen. Stay curious. Solve creatively. We prioritise relentlessly.

Leaning in: we collaborate. Get stuck in. Hold ourselves accountable. Feedback generously.

  • 80% local workforce (within 25 miles of HQ)
  • 87.9 B Corp Impact Score (and counting)
  • 95% recycled packaging
  • 28,000 free nutritional consultations to date
