Plan Administration - Manager, Executive Compensation Services

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Administrator to join our ECS plan administration team in Jersey. ECS delivers tailored solutions for employee incentive structures, including share plans, carried interest, and pension arrangements. You’ll be working on market-leading technology that supports a wide range of incentive plans, and you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality plan administration services to a global client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan Administration : Administer a portfolio of share plans and incentive structures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
  • System Support : Configure and maintain core business systems, supporting the delivery of client services.
  • Client Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding to queries promptly and professionally.
  • Record Keeping : Ensure client records are accurately maintained and updated in line with transactions.
  • Compliance : Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Team Support : Mentor junior team members, contribute to training, and support wider team initiatives.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with colleagues across jurisdictions to deliver seamless service.
