Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacist registration required.
• Knowledge of prescribing/PCA data and optimisation.
• Completion of CPPE Primary Care Pathway Course preferred.

• Support development of SOPs for the medicines optimisation team.
• Analyse prescribing data to prioritize areas of work.
