The Peligoni Club is a family-run members club on the beautiful island of Zakynthos, Greece. Our food offering spans multiple kitchens, from Mediterranean fire-cooked dishes at The Terraces to relaxed lunches and breakfasts at Tasi and simple, delicious plates at The Deli Kitchen. With a busy weekly events schedule and a high volume of guests throughout the season, our kitchens buzz with energy from morning to night.
Our pizzas are a firm guest favourite - freshly made, flavour-packed and prepared in lively, open kitchen environments. We take pride in producing high-quality pizzas that feel both classic and creative, with a Mediterranean twist.
We’re looking for a talented and experienced Pizza Chef to lead our pizza offering across The Terraces, Tasi and The Deli for the 2026 season. You’ll be responsible for dough preparation, pizza production and service, ensuring consistency, speed and high quality during busy shifts.
You’ll also play a key role in training and upskilling other chefs in pizza preparation, helping build confidence and consistency across the wider team.
Alongside your core responsibilities, you’ll support other kitchen teams during peak times, events and occasional services.
