Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking a Pipeline Civil Engineer to deliver technical engineering for major water-infrastructure projects across the UK and internationally.

You will lead design activities, assess rehabilitation options, and apply advanced pipeline analysis tools while collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary teams to extend asset life and improve service resilience.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline with Chartered or Incorporated status (or working toward registration).
Proven experience across pipeline disciplines: buried pipelines, thrust restraint, trunk main design, materials.

Responsibilities

Provide technical engineering across full lifecycle of major pipeline projects.
Oversee and execute deliverables: material selection, structural design, thrust restraint, trenchless technologies.
Evaluate rehabilitation options and lead condition and failure assessments to extend asset life.
Contribute to proposals, produce high-level technical reports and support research with industry bodies.
