Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Pipeline Civil Engineer to deliver critical water infrastructure projects across the UK and beyond. You will apply advanced analysis, oversee buried pipeline design, rehabilitation options, and trenchless technologies while collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

You should be Chartered or Incorporated with ICE/CIWEM or actively pursuing registration; a degree in Civil Engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering; Chartered or Incorporated status (ICE/CIWEM) or actively pursuing registration
• Proven experience in pipeline design of buried pipelines and trenchless technologies
• Experience with rehabilitation, failure assessments; knowledge of piping analysis tools such as CAESAR II is advantageous
• Strong proposal and report-writing skills with ability to liaise with multidisciplinary stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead technical deliverables across full lifecycle of major pipeline projects
• Apply material selection and structural design for buried pipelines
• Evaluate rehabilitation options and lead condition assessments
• Produce high-level technical reports and contribute to proposals
