Job Title: Picking & Packing Operative
Location: Elmswell, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Hourly Rate: £12.50

Role Overview

• Picking and packing customer orders with care and attention to detail.
• Ensuring all items are securely packaged for shipment.
• Lifting and handling packages weighing up to 25kg (warm jackets provided for work in the coldstore).
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a picking and packing role is beneficial but not essential. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are what we value most.
• Physical Ability: Comfortable with manual handling and lifting up to 25kg.
• Transport: reliable transport required as the site is not accessible by public transport.

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 6am-5pm or 7am-4pm
