Maven Group Ltd is seeking HCPC registered Physiotherapist professionals for the Functional Assessor role in Chesterfield. The position offers an excellent starting salary and standard benefits.

You will conduct up to five assessments per day, using telephone, video, or in-person formats to understand how disability or health affects work capability. The role emphasizes gathering information and producing a factual report to support DWP decisions.

Formación

• HCPC registered physiotherapist with post-registration experience.
• Excellent communication, oral and written.
• Good IT and computer skills.
• Comfortable working with a diverse range of conditions, including mental health.

Responsabilidades

• Excellent starting salary at £42,000pa
• Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm working hours
• Full time and part time available (3, 4 or 5 days per week available)
• Chesterfield based when working on-site

What does the Functional Assessor role involve?

The Functional Assessor role will involve you carrying out 5 client assessments per day. A typical day will see you carry out telephone, video or face-to-face assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their working capability. You’ll listen to their experiences, ask questions and use your insights to produce a factual report to help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine their eligibility for benefits. That's the good news; the DWP make the final decision, you don't. Your role is to gather information and produce the report.
