Job Description:

We're looking for a photoshoot producer to join the wonderful Creative team at Adanola!

As the photoshoot producer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of all photoshoots and related production processes. You will manage scheduling, shoot and post-production, asset delivery, and ensure the smooth running of workflows across the creative team. Your role will manage operational elements to ensure seamless execution of shoots and timely delivery of assets for marketing, digital, and e-commerce purposes.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot Scheduling & Coordination: Plan and manage the scheduling of photoshoots from pre-production to post-production, working closely with the Head of Creative and the team to organize logistics including models, locations, props, and equipment, along with some budget management.
• Project Management & Workflow Oversight: Develop detailed project plans, act as the main contact for all shoot-related communication, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
• Asset Management: Oversee post-production timelines, organize and deliver assets like photos and videos on time, collaborating with relevant teams to meet all deliverables.
• Production Support: Provide hands-on support during shoots, troubleshoot challenges, manage logistics effectively, and coordinate post-production timings to ensure assets are delivered ahead of launches.
