From prom to occasion, am to pm, maternity, bridal and more, we deliver an engaging customer experience that connects our global community of diverse consumers, international fashion influencers and content creators with new and exciting collections dropping each week.

Overview

The In-House Photographer will be the driving force behind Club L London’s visual output by capturing, curating, and elevating every image that represents our brand. From sharp e-commerce imagery to behind-the-scenes content, events, and ghost mannequin photography, you will bring creative vision and technical mastery to every project.

This role blends hands-on shooting with creative direction, lighting expertise, and post-production oversight. You will work closely with the Brand Director to interpret the brand vision—managing campaign assets from external photographers, ensuring seamless colour matching, brand consistency, and image quality across all platforms, owning the final image direction and execution.

Photography & Creative Direction
  • Lead the photography for e-commerce, ghost mannequin, events, and lifestyle content.
  • Direct lighting setups, shot composition, and creative styling to ensure elevated, brand-consistent results.
  • Provide on-set direction to models, content creators, and talent to achieve strong, confident poses and brand-appropriate energy.
Content & Asset Management
  • Oversee the entire photography workflow.
  • Manage and review imagery from external campaign photographers, ensuring consistency and technical excellence.
  • Maintain an organized asset library, ensuring easy access and efficient use across all departments.
Collaboration & Innovation
  • Partner closely with marketing, design, and content teams to align photography with brand storytelling and commercial goals.
  • Keep ahead of photography, lighting, and visual content trends to inject fresh creative energy into every shoot.
  • Support content creators with technical expertise, lighting advice, and collaborative problem-solving.
What We’re Looking For
  • A creative photographer with a proven track record in fashion, e-commerce, and imagery creation.
  • Expert in lighting, composition, and model direction, with a deep understanding of brand aesthetics.
  • Skilled in Capture One, Photoshop, and colour grading techniques.
  • Confident managing both hands-on photography and post-production direction.
  • Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercially aware, with an understanding of how imagery drives sales and brand positioning.
  • Strong communicator who can inspire collaboration across teams.
  • A polished portfolio that showcases versatility, creativity, and technical excellence.
