Photocopier Field Service Engineer

We're recruiting for a customer-facing FSE to support high-end print and copier devices across multiple client sites around the Home Counties region. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected service team, delivering expert maintenance, fault diagnosis, and installations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend service calls to diagnose and repair faults on MFDs
  • Perform effective maintenance through cleaning, adjustments, and part replacements
  • Carry out routine preventative servicing
  • Escalate complex issues promptly and collaborate with technical colleagues when needed
  • Install new equipment and ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction
Candidate Skills

  • Extensive hands‑on experience supporting MFDs, photocopiers, and managed print solutions in field-based environments
