Based entirely at our surgery, this role is central to ensuring safe and effective management of patient medications. You will lead the medicines reconciliation process, support repeat prescription management, and contribute to medicines optimisation to improve patient outcomes. Working closely with GPs, nurses, and administrative staff, you will help maintain high standards of medication safety and regulatory compliance, while providing guidance to both patients and the practice team. Main duties of the job
