Qualifications

• Registered as a Pharmacist Independent prescriber with the GPhC.
• Maintain own GPhC registration and revalidation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-registration screenings to assess eligibility for registration.
• Consult with and prescribe for patients in pain management.
• Provide guidance and support to patients and clinic staff.
• Assist in training and onboarding of remote clinicians.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Lead on governance activities.
• Maintain high standards of patient care in a multidisciplinary team.
• Engage in complaints, investigations, and feedback responses.
• Participate in audits, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated on medical cannabis treatments through ongoing training.
• Support the Clinical Lead with clinical service delivery.
