KAI Conversations in the UK is seeking a mid‑to‑senior BI & Analytics Analyst who can tackle end‑to‑end client challenges, from raw data to actionable reports, across pharma brands. You will combine conversation analytics with CRM data, audit datasets, and use AI tools to drive reliable insights for field teams, marketing, and market access.

The role emphasizes judgment, storytelling, and dashboard development with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Direct pharma commercial, marketing, or brand experience or analytics embedded in pharma teams
• Understanding of pharma commercial functions: brand planning, field force models, HCP engagement, market access
• Enough clinical/commercial fluency to judge plausibility of findings before presenting as fact
• Hands-on data manipulation and analysis in a numerate environment
• Ability to translate messy data into defendable insights with clear caveats

Responsibilities

• Combine conversation analytics with CRM data to answer cross-source questions
• Audit new datasets end to end and flag data quality issues
• Adapt to new data, questions and formats for client challenges
• Use AI tools to explore datasets while ensuring findings hold up
• Shape dashboards conceptually for stakeholders with UI/UX collaboration
• Document methodologies and construct repeatable analysis approaches
• Conceive dashboard concepts tailored to different stakeholder audiences
• Present findings to clients and defend methodology under challenge
