Job summary

KAI Conversations is an AI-powered analytics platform used by leading pharma brands to improve customer interactions. We seek an analyst who can tackle end-to-end BI challenges—from raw data to stakeholder-ready reports—that help clients make better decisions.

You'll combine conversation analytics with CRM data, rely on AI tools, and help shape dashboards for brand marketing, LOCs, and field teams while upholding rigor and practical relevance in a remote, UK-based team.

Qualifications

• Pharma commercial, marketing, or brand analytics experience essential.
• Degree-level numerate discipline with strong statistical grounding.
• Hands-on Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze across a broad remit by combining conversation analytics with CRM data to answer client questions.
• Audit new datasets end-to-end and flag data quality issues.
• Turn messy data into defensible findings and create stakeholder-forward reports.
• Build repeatable analytical methods and own prompt design for AI-driven analysis.
• Concept dashboard ideas for stakeholders and work with UI/UX to turn concepts into usable designs.
