Job summary

KAI Conversations is seeking an analyst to tackle BI and insight challenges for pharma brands, turning raw data into actionable reports that change what teams do next.

You will blend conversation analytics with CRM data, apply AI tools, and build repeatable dashboards for brand marketing, LOCs, field sales, and Reps/MSLs, while collaborating with our UI/UX team.

This role is primarily remote for UK-based candidates, with occasional travel to London meetings and client sites.

Qualifications

• Degree in a numerate discipline with strong statistical grounding.
• Hands-on Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience turning messy data into defensible findings.

Responsibilities

• Combine conversation analytics with CRM data to answer cross-source questions.
• Audit new datasets end to end and flag data quality issues.
• Design dashboard concepts for stakeholders and translate ideas to UI/UX.
