Job summary

KAI Conversations, an AI-powered conversation analytics platform, seeks a BI/Insights Analyst based in the UK to tackle end-to-end analysis from raw data to client-ready reports. You’ll join a distributed team, work across pharma brands, and shape dashboards with input from a UI/UX group to drive actionable insights.

Responsibilities include combining analytics with CRM data, auditing datasets, and using AI tools to produce clear visuals for multiple audiences while building repeatable methods

Qualifications

• Direct pharma commercial, marketing, or brand experience, or analytics embedded in pharma teams.
• Strong statistical grounding and ability to turn messy data into defensible findings.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT) for substantive analysis.
• Ability to conceive dashboard concepts for diverse stakeholders and communicate with UI/UX teams.
• Excellent Excel skills and strong Power BI capabilities; ability to design infographic-style visuals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze across a broad remit by combining conversation analytics with CRM data to answer complex questions.
• Audit new datasets end-to-end, flag data quality issues, and ensure robust conclusions.
• Adapt to new BI challenges, data sources, and formats on client requests.
• Use AI tools to explore datasets efficiently while verifying reliability of findings.
• Produce clear visuals and tailor reports for different audiences (brand marketing, LOCs, field sales, reps/MSLs).
• Develop repeatable methods and document known pitfalls to reduce rebuilds for future clients.
