Job summary

KAI Conversations is seeking an analyst to tackle BI and insight challenges across pharma brands, converting raw data into actionable reports. You’ll work with CRM data, AI tools, and dashboards to deliver stakeholder-ready outputs and shape repeatable analytics processes.

The role emphasizes judgment, data quality, and effective storytelling for brand marketing, LOCs, field sales, and reps/MSLs. UK-based, primarily remote with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Direct pharma commercial or analytics experience with strong numerical skills.
• Ability to turn messy data into defensible findings and visualize them.
• Experience using Python/SQL for data manipulation and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Combine conversation analytics with CRM data to answer client questions end-to-end.
• Audit new datasets, flag data quality issues, and ensure robust conclusions.
• Develop repeatable analytic methods and contribute to dashboard concepts.
• Produce infographic-style visuals and tailor reports for different audiences.
• Present findings to stakeholders and defend methodology under challenge.
