Job summary

KAI Conversations is an AI-powered conversation analytics platform used by major pharma brands to improve customer interactions. We seek an analyst who can own BI and insight challenges from raw data to actionable reports, using AI tools and building stakeholder-ready dashboards.

Work across brand marketing, LOCs, field sales, and reps/MSLs, shaping repeatable methods and collaborating with UI/UX to translate concepts into usable dashboards within a mostly remote UK setup.

Qualifications

• Pharma commercial/marketing foundation - essential
• Degree level in a numerate discipline with strong statistical grounding
• Hands-on Python and/or SQL experience for data manipulation and analysis
• Experience turning messy data into defensible findings, flagging thin samples and not overstating results
• Comfortable with structured qualitative classification of free-text data where automated methods fall short, and transparent about it
• Familiarity with Veeva, Salesforce, or other pharma CRM platforms
• Working environment: UK-based, mostly remote with occasional travel and meetings in London

Responsibilities

• Combining conversation analytics with CRM data to answer cross-source questions
• Auditing new datasets end to end, flagging data quality issues before drawing conclusions
• Adapting to new BI challenges with diverse data sources, questions, and formats
• Using AI tools to explore datasets efficiently while ensuring findings hold up
• Producing infographic-style visuals to land findings clearly for multiple stakeholders
• Reframing findings into reports for different audiences without distorting evidence
• Turning proven analyses into documented, repeatable methods
• Owning prompt design and refinement for AI-driven analysis, ensuring reliability
