Job summary

KAI Conversations is seeking an experienced analyst to tackle end-to-end BI and insight challenges for pharma brands. You will transform raw data into actionable reports, leveraging AI tools and modern BI platforms. This role is primarily remote for UK-based candidates, with occasional London meetings.

You will work across brand marketing, LOCs, field sales, and Reps/MSLs, building dashboards, auditing data quality, and shaping repeatable analytic methods for clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in a numerate discipline with strong analytical grounding.
• Proficient in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience turning messy data into defensible findings and clear visuals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data across a broad remit, combining conversation analytics with CRM data.
• Audit new datasets end to end and flag data quality issues.
• Develop repeatable analytics methods and build dashboard concepts for stakeholders.
• Use AI tools to explore datasets while ensuring reliability of findings.
