Job summary

KAI Conversations is seeking an analyst to tackle end-to-end BI and insight challenges across pharma brands, LOCs, and field teams. You will integrate conversation analytics with CRM data, audit datasets, and produce stakeholder-ready reports.

You will work with AI tools, shape dashboards, and present findings to clients, while ensuring rigor and practical commercial context. UK-based, primarily remote with occasional London meetings.

Qualifications

• Pharma commercial/marketing foundation is essential.
• Strong statistical grounding and ability to turn messy data into defensible findings.
• Hands-on experience with Python and/or SQL for data manipulation and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Combine conversation analytics with CRM data to answer cross-source questions.
• Audit new datasets end to end and flag data quality issues.
• Adapt to diverse BI challenges with new data, audiences, and formats.
• Use AI tools for efficient analysis while defending methodology.
