Job summary

KAI Conversations is seeking a data-driven analyst to tackle BI and insight challenges for pharma brands. You will blend conversation analytics with CRM data, audit datasets, and deliver stakeholder-ready reports and dashboards.

Working primarily remotely with occasional London meetings, you’ll shape dashboard concepts for brand marketing, LOCs, and field teams, using AI tools to accelerate discovery while maintaining analytical rigor.

Qualifications

• Pharma commercial, marketing foundation or analytics experience in pharma teams.
• Strong statistical grounding and data manipulation skills.
• Ability to judge plausibility of findings in clinical/commercial contexts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze across broad remit, combining conversation analytics with CRM data.
• Audit new datasets end-to-end and flag data quality issues.
• Adapt to a range of BI challenges for different clients.
• Use AI tools to explore data while verifying findings.
