Job summary

KAI Conversations is seeking an analyst to tackle broad BI and insight challenges across pharma brands. You will work from raw data to client-ready reports, combining conversation analytics with CRM data to answer strategic questions.

You’ll shape dashboards for stakeholders, collaborate with UI/UX, and apply AI tools to streamline analysis. Applicants should have pharma commercial experience, strong statistical grounding, and hands-on Python/SQL skills.

Qualifications

• Degree-level numerate discipline with strong statistical grounding or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on Python and/or SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience turning messy data into defensible findings and flagging thin samples.

Responsibilities

• Combine conversation analytics with CRM data to answer questions neither source can answer alone.
• Audit new datasets end to end and flag data quality issues before drawing conclusions.
• Adapt to new BI challenges with data, questions, and formats for clients.
• Use AI tools to explore datasets efficiently while validating findings.
