Job summary

KAI Conversations is seeking an experienced BI/Analytics professional based in the UK to lead end-to-end analysis combining conversation analytics with CRM data (Veeva, Salesforce, IQVIA). You will evaluate data credibility, design actionable dashboards, and present findings to multiple stakeholder groups.

Remote work within a distributed team is common, with occasional in-person strategy sessions in London.

Qualifications

• Degree-level, numerate discipline with strong statistical grounding.
• Hands-on Python and/or SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience turning messy data into defensible findings and flagging thin samples.
• Comfortable with structured qualitative classification of free-text data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze across a broad remit, combining conversation analytics with CRM data to answer complex questions.
• Audit new datasets end to end, flag data quality issues before drawing conclusions.
• Adapt to new BI challenges—new data, new questions, new formats—without a fixed playbook.
• Use AI tools to explore datasets efficiently while validating results.
• Sense-check findings against commercial/clinical context and reconcile disagreements between metrics.
• Produce infographic-style visuals and tailor reports for different audiences (brand marketing, LOCs, field sales).
• Build repeatable methods and own prompt design for AI-driven analysis.
• Collaborate with UI/UX to translate concepts into dashboards and ensure analytical logic is sound.
