Job summary

KAI Conversations seeks an analyst to own end-to-end BI and insight challenges for pharma brands, turning raw data into actionable reports across CRM and prescribing data.

You will apply AI tools (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT) and help shape dashboards for brand marketing, LOCs, and field teams, collaborating with our UI/UX group. This role is primarily remote with occasional London meetings.

Qualifications

• Direct pharma commercial, marketing, or brand experience
• Strong statistical grounding and numerate degree
• Hands-on Python and/or SQL experience
• Experience with AI tools for analysis
• Ability to transform messy data into defensible findings

Responsibilities

• Turn raw data from multiple sources into insight-led reports
• Audit data quality and guard against over-interpretation
• Design infographic-style visuals for stakeholders
• Collaborate with UI/UX to implement dashboard concepts
• Communicate methods and defend findings under challenge
