Job summary

KAI Conversations is an AI-powered analytics platform used by major pharma brands to improve customer interactions. The team seeks an analyst who can tackle diverse BI challenges end-to-end, from raw data to actionable reports that drive decision-making.

You will combine conversation analytics with CRM data, auditing datasets and building repeatable methods that support multiple brands and stakeholder audiences, with a focus on rigorous, business-relevant insights.

Qualifications

• Pharma commercial/marketing foundation or analytics experience in pharma teams.
• Degree in a numerate discipline with strong statistical grounding.
• Hands-on Python and/or SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience turning messy data into defensible findings; flag thin samples and avoid overstating results.
• Experience with AI-enabled analysis (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT) for substantive work.

Responsibilities

• Combine conversation analytics with CRM data to answer cross-source questions.
• Audit new datasets end-to-end and flag data quality issues.
• Create dashboards and visuals for multiple stakeholders with UI/UX collaboration.
• Present findings to clients and defend methodology under challenge.
