Job summary

KAI Conversations is an AI-powered analytics platform serving pharma clients. We seek an analyst who can tackle end-to-end BI challenges, from raw data to client-ready reports, balancing statistical rigor with practical business impact.

You'll work across brands, LOCs, and field teams, shaping dashboards with our UI/UX team and using Claude, Copilot and ChatGPT to enhance analysis while ensuring reliability and plausibility in findings.

Qualifications

• Direct pharma commercial, marketing, or brand experience or analytics in pharma teams.
• Strong statistical grounding and data manipulation skills.
• Ability to judge plausibility of findings in clinical/commercial context.

Responsibilities

• Analyze across a broad remit, combining conversation analytics with CRM data to answer client questions.
• Audit new datasets end to end, flag data quality issues before conclusions.
• Create repeatable methods and dashboards for multiple stakeholders.
• Design infographic visuals to land findings clearly and defend methodology.
