Job summary

KAI Conversations is an AI-powered analytics platform used by global pharma brands to improve customer interactions. We seek an analyst who can end-to-end from raw data to actionable reports, balancing clinical plausibility with commercial insight.

You'll work across datasets, stakeholder audiences, and formats, using Claude, Copilot, and ChatGPT as core tools to automate reliable outputs and shape dashboards with our UI/UX team.

Qualifications

• Degree in a numerate discipline or equivalent experience.
• Strong hands-on Python and SQL for data manipulation.
• Experience turning messy data into defensible findings.

Responsibilities

• Combine conversation analytics with CRM data to answer cross-source questions.
• Audit new datasets end to end and flag data quality issues.
• Turn client challenges into repeatable analysis and dashboards.
• Produce infographic-style visuals to communicate findings clearly.
• Own prompt design for AI-driven analysis and ensure reliability.
