Job summary

KAI Conversations is an AI-powered conversation analytics platform used by leading pharma teams to improve customer interactions. The analyst will own BI challenges end-to-end—from raw data to client-ready reports—while applying judgement on clinical and commercial plausibility and collaborating with UI/UX on dashboards.

You'll leverage Claude, Copilot, and ChatGPT to enable repeatable analysis, join CRM data, and deliver stakeholder-specific insights across brand marketing, LOCs, and field

Qualifications

• Direct pharma commercial, marketing, or brand experience is essential.
• Strong statistical grounding and data manipulation skills required.
• Ability to judge plausibility of findings with clinical/commercial context.

Responsibilities

• Analyze across a broad remit using CRM and conversation data.
• Audit data quality and ensure reproducible methods.
• Create infographic-style visuals and tailored stakeholder reports.
