Job summary

KAI Conversations seeks an analytics professional to turn conversation analytics and CRM data into actionable insights in a pharma context. You will handle end-to-end data work, from raw datasets to stakeholder-ready reports, blending AI tools with rigorous validity checks.

Strong SQL/Python, Power BI, and Excel skills are essential, along with experience in Veeva/Salesforce ecosystems. Remote-friendly UK-based role with cross-brand stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Degree level in a numerate discipline with strong statistical grounding.
• Hands-on Python and/or SQL experience for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience turning messy data into defensible findings and flagging thin samples.

Responsibilities

• Combine conversation analytics with CRM data to answer questions that sources alone cannot.
• Audit new datasets end to end and flag data quality issues before drawing conclusions.
• Turn client challenges into repeatable analytic approaches and clear dashboards.
