Jollyes Pets is seeking a Store Manager for its Harlow store. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service, manage operations, drive turnover and gross margin, and maintain store standards.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll coach staff, monitor KPIs, and ensure legal compliance while delivering a best-in-class pet retail experience. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, on-floor customer engagement, and weekends as part of retail scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily store operations to achieve KPIs (sales, margin, people, standards).

• Implement effective stock, loss prevention and merchandising practices.
• Represent Jollyes Pets, promote a positive culture and strong store standards.
