Qualifications

• Previous retail store management experience required.
• Hands-on leadership on the shop floor to coach and develop the team.
• Commercially aware with ability to manage KPIs, costs, and margins.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Drive sales by training staff to suggest add-ons and promotions.
• Manage store standards, health and safety, and local compliance.
• Oversee deliveries and stock to maximise turnover and gross margin.
• Recruit, train and develop staff; communicate market updates to the region.
