Jollyes Pets in Poole is seeking a hands-on Retail Store Manager to lead from the shop floor, coach the team and drive performance. You will manage operations, customer service and store profitability while delivering an exceptional pet-care experience.

Qualifications

• Previous retail store management experience is required.
• Hands-on leadership with coaching and mentoring the team.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to deliver a great shopping experience.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage KPI targets and store P&L.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations and set the store culture.
• Achieve KPIs around people, standards, service and financial performance.
• Coach the team to upsell and increase basket size without hard selling.
• Ensure pet welfare and high standards of care and compliance.
• Recruit, train and develop staff; communicate objectives to the team.
