Job summary

Jollyes Pets in Enfield is seeking a Store Manager to Lead our Enfield Ponders End team. You’ll be on the shop floor daily, coaching colleagues, handling deliveries, and upholding the highest standards of pet care and customer service. This is a hands-on role with clear performance targets.

Qualifications

• Retail store management experience with a hands-on approach.
• Proven ability to lead teams, coach staff and drive KPIs.
• Strong customer service and store operations knowledge.
• Capable of managing P&L, costs, and margins.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the shop floor and cultivate a positive culture.
• Own end-to-end store performance, including people, standards and finances.
• Coach sales conversations to grow basket size and add-on sales.
• Ensure high standards of pet care, welfare and compliance.
• Recruit, train and develop the team; communicate key objectives.
