Job summary

Warrington Riverside Vets for Pets is hiring a full-time client services receptionist. You will greet clients and their pets, guide them through visits, manage payments and future bookings using our online system, and coordinate day-to-day routines to keep the practice running smoothly.

The role emphasises exceptional service, friendly communication, and the ability to multitask across in-person, phone, and email channels. Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.

Qualifications

• Front-desk client-facing skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Strong communication across in-person, email, and phone.
• Good organisation and prioritisation to manage daily tasks.
