Vets4Pets/Companion Care Norwich Longwater seeks a friendly front-of-house team member to deliver exceptional client service and support for pets in a busy reception setting. You will be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them and coordinating bookings and payments using our online system.

You will work closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and contribute to a positive client experience in a busy veterinary practice.
