Vets for Pets in Cardiff on Newport Road is seeking a friendly receptionist to provide outstanding client service and care for pets. You will greet clients, support the team, and coordinate bookings with empathy and professionalism.

You will manage payments, help with day-to-day operations, and use our online booking system to keep the practice running smoothly. This is a full‑time role, 40 hours per week, with one in four weekends, starting at minimum wage and increasing with experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle payments and future bookings with confidence.
• Maintain awareness of practice services and available add-ons.
• Support the clinical team by ensuring smooth daily routines.
