Job summary

Vets for Pets Maidenhead is seeking a client-facing team member to provide excellent service to clients and care to their pets. You will act as a bridge between clients and the clinical team, greet clients, manage payments and bookings, and help keep the daily practice running smoothly.

Flexible hours are offered, with shifts between 08:30 and 19:00. Previous customer-facing experience is desirable, and you will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere and high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer facing role is desirable.
• You are the friendly and welcoming face for the client and their pets when they arrive at the practice.
• You can provide guidance by keeping yourself fully up-to-speed with the practice services and any additional services available.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and support, guide and advise clients and their pets.
• Manage payments and future bookings confidently.
• Coordinate day-to-day routines of the practice using our online booking system.
