Job summary

Warrington Riverside Vets for Pets is seeking a friendly, client-focused team member to join our front-of-house. You will greet clients and their pets, provide guidance on services, and coordinate bookings using our online system.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple communication channels are essential. You will be the welcoming face at the practice, helping to ensure excellent client experiences and smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional service to clients and pets.
• Build strong relationships with clients, pets and the practice team.
• Handle multiple communication channels (in-person, email, phone, digital).
• Be computer literate to use the online booking system and manage day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities
