  • Experience with Dogs/Cats: Hands‑on interaction, ideally in a kennel, shelter, or research setting.
  • Animal Health Knowledge: Understanding of pet wellness and care needs.
  • Grooming/Training Experience: Familiarity with basic grooming tools and positive reinforcement techniques.
  • Adaptability: Willing to work outdoors in varying weather.
  • Driver’s license: Full driving license essential.
Key Responsibilities
  • Safety and Quality: Maintain a strict adherence to safety and quality protocols; proactively identify and make suggestions to resolved issues, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and enriching environment for all people and pets.
  • Training & Behaviour Work: Conduct behavioural assessments, obedience sessions, and implement individualized training plans following Mars Standards
  • Enrichment & Welfare: Plan and execute physical/mental stimulation activities like play sessions, socialization, and grooming in line with standard operation procedures
  • Health Monitoring: Carry out basic health checks, observations and provide support with delivering medical treatments.
  • Support for Research Work: Accurate data and sample collection for research studies.
