Vets for Pets is seeking a friendly Part Time Client Care Advisor for our Giltbrook practice, a busy veterinary team within a Pets at Home store. You will welcome clients and their pets, support the clinical team, and help manage bookings and payments with a positive, can-do attitude.

This role emphasises outstanding customer service, calm communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Prior receptionist experience is essential, with veterinary exposure a bonus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role is essential.
• Experience in a veterinary or healthcare environment is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets in a warm, professional manner.
• Manage appointment bookings and daily schedules using our online booking system.
• Handle payments and arrange future appointments with confidence.
• Support the wider practice team to maintain smooth workflows.
• Create a calm and caring environment for clients and colleagues.
