Vets for Pets is seeking a friendly Part Time Client Care Advisor for our Giltbrook practice, a busy veterinary team within a Pets at Home store. You will welcome clients and their pets, support the clinical team, and help manage bookings and payments with a positive, can-do attitude.
This role emphasises outstanding customer service, calm communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Prior receptionist experience is essential, with veterinary exposure a bonus.

Our Giltbrook Vets for Pets practice are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Part Time (20 hours per week) Client Care Advisor to be the welcoming faces of our practice.
Our brand-new practice, opened in March 2026, is located within one of our modern Pets at Home stores and has been thoughtfully designed with both clinical excellence and team wellbeing in mind.
You’ll be working in a light, spacious, air-conditioned environment, fully equipped with state-of-the-art facilities to support high-quality veterinary care.
As a Client Care Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, acting as the key link between our clients and clinical team. Your focus will be on delivering an exceptional experience for every client and ensuring their pets receive the very best care from the moment they walk through the door.

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role is essential, and experience within a veterinary or healthcare environment would be advantageous, though not essential.
