Job summary

Pets at Home Group is seeking a friendly Client Care Advisor to join our busy practice on a part-time basis. You will be the welcoming face for clients and their pets, handle bookings and payments, and support the clinical team with a smooth, caring service.

You will use our online booking system, stay up-to-date with services offered, and bring enthusiasm, calmness and superb client care to every visit.

Qualifications

• Previous client care / reception experience is required.
• Be friendly and welcoming to clients and their pets.
• Stay up-to-speed with practice services and additional offerings.
• Remain calm and attentive, focusing on client needs.
• Bring enthusiasm and drive to the role.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets, provide guidance and support.
• Manage payments and future bookings confidently.
• Coordinate day-to-day practice routines using the online booking system.
