Job summary

Vets for Pets is seeking a friendly Client Care Advisor to join our growing team. You will greet clients and their pets, provide guidance on services, and help schedule future visits.

Qualifications

• Previous client care / reception experience is required.
• You are the friendly and welcoming face for clients and their pets.
• You keep up-to-speed with practice services and any additional services.
• You stay calm, attentive and focused on clients’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and offer guidance and expertise; manage payments and future bookings.
• Coordinate day-to-day routines using our online booking system.
• Provide exceptional client care to ensure absolute satisfaction at every visit.
• Help the practice run smoothly by supporting the team throughout the day.
