Job summary

Bolton Central Vets for Pets is seeking a proactive Client Care Advisor to join the team on a full-time basis. You will be the friendly face greeting clients and their pets, handling bookings, payments and guiding clients through our services while supporting the clinical team.

The role demands strong computer skills and a calm, empathetic approach. We value warm service, teamwork and a passion for animals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the veterinary industry or a customer care environment is preferred.
• Warm, friendly face to greet clients and their pets on arrival.
• Proactive in guiding clients by staying fully informed about practice services and offerings.
• Calm, attentive approach focused on meeting each client's needs.
• Enthusiasm and passion for delivering exceptional service with a love for animals.

Responsibilities

• Providing outstanding service to clients while ensuring pets receive the best care.
• Building and maintaining trusting relationships with clients, pets and the practice team.
• Ensuring a positive client visit and willingness to return.
• Welcoming clients, guiding and supporting them, and handling payments and bookings.
• Coordinating daily flow of the practice using the online booking system.
