Pets at Home Limited is seeking a part-time Client Care Advisor to join our friendly client care team. Your focus is to provide exceptional service to our clients and the best care possible for their pets, acting as the vital link between our clients and the clinical team.

This busy role requires excellent communication, IT proficiency, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while collaborating with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills essential for client interactions.
• IT proficient with basic computer/ POS systems.
• Calm under pressure and able to multitask in a busy reception.
• Strong teamwork and reliability across shifts.
• Flexibility to cover overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Appointment Management: Managing bookings in a professional and efficient manner using our practice database systems.
• Client Reception: Welcoming clients and their pets, being sensitive to their individual needs, and maintaining a professional image at all times.
• Advisory Role: Developing product and procedure knowledge to advise clients appropriately, in line with practice protocols.
• Team Collaboration: Communicating and working within a team on a daily basis to ensure we meet our high standards of service.
• Practice Maintenance: Ensuring the reception area is kept to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
• Financial Awareness: Demonstrating an awareness of financial controls, including processing payments and handling banking duties.
